Terms of Service

These terms govern use of this RenderBoard deployment. They do not create an enterprise SLA or promise features that are not available in the product.

Agreement and operator

By creating an account or using RenderBoard, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy with RenderBoard operator (preview configuration), located at Operator address not configured. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you can bind that organisation.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate registration information, protect your credentials and multi-factor codes, use the service only through authorised accounts, and promptly report suspected compromise. You are responsible for activity under your account except where applicable law says otherwise.

Your content and permissions

You retain rights you hold in floor plans, briefs, images, materials, boards, and other content you submit. You grant the operator a limited permission to host, copy, transform, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for submitted content and instructions. Do not upload confidential client material unless your agreement with that client permits the processing described on the Privacy and Subprocessors pages.

Generated output

AI-generated and automatically extracted results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or similar to other outputs. Review room detections, dimensions, layouts, materials, copy, and images before relying on or sharing them. RenderBoard is a design workflow tool, not a substitute for architectural, engineering, code-compliance, safety, or legal review.

The operator does not promise that generated output is unique, non-infringing, or eligible for intellectual-property protection. Your rights to use provider-generated output may also depend on applicable law and the terms of an actually configured provider.

Plans, credits, and payment

Products, currency, tax, renewal terms, and final price are shown through the signed-in billing panel and hosted checkout when billing is enabled. Credits are service units, not money, are not transferable unless explicitly agreed, and may be reserved while a job is running. The server’s ledger is the system of record for credit changes.

Refund requests follow the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Availability and changes

Features that depend on AI, extraction, storage, render, or payment providers may be unavailable when an integration is not configured or a provider fails. The public plans include no uptime, render-time, recovery-time, or support-response SLA. The operator may change or discontinue features, with notice where required by law or a separate signed agreement.

Suspension and termination

The operator may restrict or suspend access to protect the service, users, providers, or third parties; investigate abuse; enforce these terms; or comply with law. You may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion is not self-service: follow the verified request process in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement. Any exclusion or limitation of liability applies only to the extent lawful in your location; these terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing terms and contact

The configured governing jurisdiction is Governing jurisdiction not configured, subject to any mandatory rights or venue rules that apply to you. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Contact support@example.invalid with terms or account questions.
